1. Request a Quote
The first step is to submit a Travel Inquiry Form. Answering the questions on this short form will provide us with the details we need to begin planning your trip.

2. Review
We will contact you to let you know we have received your form and we’ll begin reviewing the information you provided. We may contact you again if additional details are needed.
3. Research and Planning
Once the review is complete we’ll begin thoroughly researching options that match your preferences. We will build a detailed quote which contains three separate options for you to choose from.
4. Presentation
Once your quote is complete we will contact you to schedule a phone call or zoom meeting during which we’ll present you with your quote, review the details, and answer any questions you may have.
5. Booking
After you choose a travel package we’ll book it for you! You’ll simply pay any required deposit, and we’ll handle all the details. We’ll provide you with your itinerary and any ticket information, and can even help you set up a payment plan for the balance.
6. Support and Follow Up
From answering any questions leading up to your trip and providing you with any applicable updates, to checking in with you once you arrive, we’re here for you every step of the way.
If an issue arises while you’re traveling, we’re one simple phone call away. We’ll even follow up with you after you’re home to make sure your trip exceeded your expectations.
